Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original mode of payment within 10 to 45 days, subject to the terms set by the issuing bank. Conditions under which refunds are granted include non-delivery of service, discrepancies in the service provided versus what is described, and failure to fulfill agreed-upon terms.
